2002: | Our First Year! |
2003: | Bigger and Better! |
2004: | Best Yet! |
2005: | Getting Serious! |
Finally a warm day, the snow is clearing from the garden and the ducks are quacking in the flooded creek out back.
I got all of my seeds out and planted them
in my little home made greenhouse.
11 different seed types, we have 3 types of tomatoes, squash, beans, peppers and watermelon! |
|
I put all of my plant in the window to grow. They really took off!
My bean plants are 8" tall after a few weeks, and the tomatoes are growing well too. The peppers we planted are very slow to sprout. |
|
Look at these plants go!!!!
The soil is all tilled, and the plants are going in.
Time to sit back and wait for the fruits of my (our) labor!
Well it turned out to be a cold spring, the tomatoes didn't really start to grow until July. |
|
Now look at them! Zillions of tiny tomatoes! I hope some loser doesn't knock them down this year too....
Finally, I have some red tomatoes! A few peppers and some summer squash too!
Yahoo, a million tomatoes! Maybe next year I won't plant a dozen tomato plants... |
